University of Detroit Mercy Economics Professor Donald Byrne and Senior Research Analyst and UDM alumnus Paul Ballew '88, '91, will present an economics symposium on Feb. 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Center Fountain Lounge on McNichols Campus. The discussion will include the economic problems of 2008 and how the economy has been rapidly changing over the past decades. Both economic experts will discuss the U.S. economy from the Great Depression to now.
