Bolz is the Professor of record for the Language and Cultural Training Study Abroad Program--Brazil. Her research and publications deal with issues of diversity. Bolz is the recipient of the Elizabeth Youngjohn Teaching Award from Wayne State University. She holds a B.A. degree from Oakland University and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Wayne State University. She came to UDM in 1989.
