Dr. McDougall teaches career counseling and comprehensive program development in counseling.  She is the Executive Director of Operation ABLE and specializes in vocational counseling with displaced workers 40 years and older.  Dr. McDougall has more than twenty years experience in workforce development and prior to becoming a professional counselor, she was a Registered Nurse.
